Meet Colonel Kimberly Boyd

Colonel Boyd made U.S. Army history by creating the Army Strong Operational Contract Support Training Exercise, shaping how personnel managed an $89 billion contingency contracting enterprise under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program. Her 30 years of global leadership spanned the Middle East and Africa, where she guided multi-billion-dollar logistics operations, disaster relief, and humanitarian assistance. After retiring, she continued her impact as the senior civilian advisor for logistics policy for Army Forces Korea, influencing the readiness and support of more than 30,000 personnel.
She is a highly sought-after mentor who created the Boss Women Warriors Leadership Development Program, specifically designed for women shaping the future of work environments.
Colonel Boyd holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee and received an academic excellence award in Finance. She also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Lincoln University-Missouri.
