Colonel Kimberly Boyd’s extensive leadership credentials include a 30-year distinguished military career leading large scale, multi-billion-dollar logistics operations throughout the Middle East and Africa. She is highly regarded as a transformational leader who is credited with making United States Army history for creating the Army Strong Operational Contract Support Training Exercise to educate and train personnel to manage an $89 billion contingency contracting enterprise under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program.

Colonel Boyd’s global executive level leadership experience also includes leading complex organizations during crises management and providing logistics support during disaster relief and humanitarian assistance operations. After retiring from the military, she served as the Senior Civilian Advisor for Logistics Policy for Army Forces Korea with a broad scope of responsibility impacting 30,000 personnel.

She is a highly coveted mentor who created the Boss Women Warriors (BWW) Leadership Development Program specifically designed for women shaping the future work environment.

Colonel Boyd has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee and is a recipient of an academic excellence award in Finance. She also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Lincoln University-Missouri.
